I just read a great article on the Leadership Now blog entitled The Seven Deadly Sins of Leadership.
The article highlights the 7 Leadership Sins defined by William Cohen in his book Drucker on Leadership.
The 7 sins are clearly defined and should be on every serious leader’s list of sins to avoid because there is rarely any forgiveness for committing these sins.
This is real food for thought in this time of leadership excesses and parliamentary chicanery.
