I have worked in Marketing all my adult life. I’ve been a professional coach, writer and speaker since 1996. I am a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner. I specialise in Marketing and Personal Development. I work through Mastermind Groups which I call my “Insiders’ Circle” and one-to-one “Personal Success Coaching.”
How I Work
I believe that the only sort of marketing worth spending money on is Direct Marketing. The reason is that Direct Marketing is the only form of marketing that is MEASURABLE. It is the only way that you can calculate your Return on Investment. It is only with Direct Marketing that you can spend money and guarantee that you will get sales in return - provided you do it right.

My Background
I started my career working as a copywriter and then an account director in major international advertising agencies BBDO and Leo Burnett in London and the Far East. Prior to becoming a full-time coach I set up and ran a marketing agency for seventeen years. This business was particularly successful during the recession of 1991/2 because of my understanding of the special requirements of marketing in a stagnant economy.

My book “How to Prosper in a Recession” published in October 2008. I am currently preparing the second, revised and updated edition.

My Inspiration
Don’t ask me where this comes from because I really don’t know. But I am inspired by seeing businesses succeed and grow beyond that of which they thought themselves capable.
There is, deep inside of me, a passion to help people so that they do not suffer the agonies of self-doubt, frustration, depression and longing for fulfilment in business that plagued a part of my early life.
My aim is to teach you, my client, how to think in inspired ways that will enable you to achieve everything you want in your business, everything of which you are capable, even when times are tight.
I have noticed with many people that when they start to analyse their clients, their products or services and think clearly, they suddenly become inspired and take off their brakes. It is almost as if they were previously afraid of achieving their ambitions. Perhaps they simply didn’t wish to fulfill their dream in case it is not as good as they hoped. I teach people how to stop putting brakes on their ambitions.
When one of my clients blossoms and starts to fulfil their potential I feel inspired to want to learn more, to coach more, to help more, to get better at my job.
Personal
My home in Kent is shared with my wife Sally and two terriers, Annie, a Patter-Jack rescued from Battersea Dogs Home, and Mr.Tod a full blooded Patterdale terrier.
