On the late December day that Feeling Groovy was published I lit the log fire in my living room and gazed contentedly into the flames. It was one of the high points in my life. I had finally found a way to share my knowledge, gleaned from coaching over 1,000 people, of how to lead a happy, healthy and prosperous life.
Life is at its best when you feel “on top of the world.” It is my opinion that no thought, no activity, no amount of money can ever surpass the best feelings. The pinnacles in your life are the stand out feelings that you experience. The more you manage to make yourself feel wonderful, the higher will be your life experience.
In the 25+ years I have been a self-realisation coach I have come to understand that we are all driven primarily by our twin desires to feel “good” and to avoid feeling “bad.” We feel more acutely alive and animated when we experience heightened levels of positive feelings such as love, happiness, friendship, confidence and hope. The question is: “How do I get to experience these positive feelings all the time?”
Feeling Groovy is a book that explains my philosophy of how to live a happy, healthy and prosperous life. It is is about the best ways to think and behave in order to induce and maintain the groovy feelings that will enhance your life. The book Feeling Groovy and this blog are intended to be your “go-to recipe” when your spirits need a lift.
