      1. the key behaviours that will make positive changes in the leadership effectiveness of the managers to be coached.
      2. Which stakeholders will determine whether these changes have occurred.

    We get paid only when the stakeholders determine that the clients being coached have achieved the designated positive changes in their leadership behaviours.

    We achieve our results through our own unique Transformational Leadership Coaching Programme.

Hi David

I have just visited your website and I really like it. It provides a wide range of interesting and stimulating information. I hope you decide to return to our ALS. I won’t be at the July meeting but will be there again in September.
