I have to say that I was amazed the first time I tried this, but it works.
This is about focusing on your state of being. It is amazing that we go through our lives without being consciously aware of how we are being.
We usually know what we are thinking about but we are seldom aware of how our thoughts are making us feel.
It is only when you focus on your feelings that you are able to use your mind to take charge of those feelings and tell them what you want them to be. I know that this sounds really simple, but it is nevertheless something that most of us fail to do.
Those people who are really good at focusing on what is going on within themselves are usually very power human beings because they are focused on being powerful most of the time.
Focus allows you to be aware of what is going on inside of yourself. Focus makes you aware of how you are operating yourself in the moment. Once you are zeroed in on what is happening inside of yourself you have control.
