What Makes for Good Leadership?

* to implement your strategy,

* to achieve your goal.

But that is only the description. It does not tell us anything about the characteristics or the leadership styles that make for successful leadership.

Client: What exactly do people mean when they talk about leadership?

Coach: Good leadership is knowing exactly where you are going and getting there with the enthusiastic co-operation of your team.

Good leadership is the result of combining diverse natural talents with learned skills and then developing both in order to achieve the outcomes you want.

With good leadership you combine the strengths of diverse people in order to achieve results more quickly and effectively.

One of the most important talents of good leaders is to make everything as simple as possible.

Client: Is there an easy way to understand what I have to do in order to become a good leader?

Coach: You have to understand, develop and trust yourself.
