Another interesting lesson/thought on this journey. If you think how powerful negative thinking can be it makes sense that the power of thought can be so positive. But as NIGEL SAYS "WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT", I suppose becuase it seems easier to think negatively, but why and is that actually true? Thanks heavens for peopel like David, i look forward to continueing the journey.

You need to examine your beliefs Nigel.

Persistence will keep producing resistance. You have to clear the limiting beliefs. Suggest you try EFT or read Zero Limits - see the link in the sidebar on the right hand side of this page.

I know this is true and the best way to live. So why is it so hard? Why does the little voice deep in my head respond every time with an opposite negative view that wipes out the positive thoughts I've just created? I used to think that voice was my conscience but lately I've changed my mind. It's a constant source of doubt and a confounded nuisance! Persistence is required and a very determined approach.
Thanks David for reminding me to keep going.
