Preparing for a Major Task

Under many circumstances it is the clock that prepares us for major tasks. Old master time marches relentlessly forward and we have to meet a deadline.

As a natural born Completer/Finisher I  have been addicted to finishing on time for most of my life. Finishing can even be more important than the quality of the work.

Now I have deliberately changed my pattern of working. I have dedicated myself to producing a quality product. Nothing matters more to me than producing a work that will help people achieve their goals.

As a result I am taking the next two weeks off to rest my mind and allow my creative juices the time to find good, stimulating ideas that will make my book both easy to read but also stimulating. I want to stimulate my readers to do, to actually become involved in changing their behaviour so that they achieve all that they desire in their lives.
