Creating a belief in excellence is one of the most powerful nlp techniques that can be used in a business environment.
Yes, I know what you’re thinking – “we already have a belief in excellence”.
But, do you?
From my experience it is most likely that what you have the practice of saying, “we believe in excellence”. This is not the same as actually believing with your whole being in the concept of ensuring that everything you do and produce is of an excellent quality.
Perhaps my question is about, “what is belief?”
A belief is a deeply held conviction. You have complete confidence that what is being said is the truth. You have faith and trust that what you believe is true.
Now, I ask again, do you really believe in excellence in everything that you do?
An business or organisation that really believes in excellence is much more likely to prosper. So it is worthwhile investing in fostering a belief in excellence.
