    How the transformational leadership coaching programme works:

    You become better by changing behaviours which I inhibiting your progress.

    You know that people can change behaviours because you are aware that people give up smoking, lose excess weight caused by overeating and overcome the fear of public speaking.

    So you know that you have the power to change any of your own behaviours, once you learn how.

      width="15" You meet with your coach. You learn techniques designed to enable you to change your behaviour and you practice them during the course of your daily work.

      width="15" At regular intervals you check in with your coach to discuss your progress, your challenges and to hone your abilities to change your behaviour.

      width="15" You check in with your programme stakeholder, who was appointed as an independent judge of your progress before the coaching commenced, to see what improvements have been observed.

    How long will it take for me to become a highly effective leader?

    You will notice a difference after the first week. However, as you go about your work you will run into situations where your behaviour has been less than satisfactory on previous occasions. Each situation may cause you to “revert to type.” You will need to discuss these incidents with your coach at your weekly coaching sessions. You will then be given appropriate techniques to help you master those situations.

    Over the course of several weeks you will master the ability to manage all the situations you face at work and to manage them in the style of a highly effective leader.

    Sometimes we meet up before your first session. If distance is an issue we can work very satisfactorily over the telephone or Skype. (Over 70% of all coaching is effectively carried out over the phone).
